1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After 12 hours, orders may already be processed or fulfilled and can no longer be canceled.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once verified, we will offer one of the following at no extra cost:

✅ A full refund to your original payment method

We do not require returns for damaged items unless specifically requested.


3. Change of Mind / Unwanted Items

Due to the nature of dropshipping and international fulfillment, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size ordered
  • No longer wanting the product

4. Returns (If Approved)

In rare cases where a return is approved:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
